JP-5™ Ultralight Upper Assembly
For the fastest PCC transitions possible, we proudly present the JP-5™ Ultralight. Much demanded and anticipated, this max speed carbine is built around our 9mm sleeved ultralight barrel. This competition rig is super light weight, especially in the muzzle end, making it perfect for the fanatic Steel Challenge competitor. Our roller-delayed JP-5™ platform has taken the PCC world by storm, and our ultralight barrel is unbeatable for short-range competition shooting. Now the two are together at last.
This upper assembly is compatible with JP-5™ lower receivers only and cannot be used in conjunction with other 9mm AR lowers.

Requirements for Ordering Firearms & Serial Numbered Items
JP Enterprises ships firearms and lower assemblies to valid Federal Firearm License (FFL) dealers only. Please include your FFL dealer’s name for reference in the Address Notes field at checkout. Prior to ordering this item, please contact your FFL of choice for the following:
- Verify that the FFL is willing to receive this item on your behalf and process the transfer
- Verify the transfer and/or background check fee(s) that you must pay
- Verify any transfer policies and requirements of the FFL dealer
- Request that the FFL dealer send JP a current, signed copy of their FFL along with a reference to your name to service@jprifles.com
You must be a legal resident of the state from which you are ordering and be of age according to state and federal law to complete the transfer. Only military personnel stationed in a state other than their legal residence may purchase firearms across state lines.
Please review our firearms purchasing policies prior to purchase. As the customer, you are responsible for understanding the laws regarding firearms transfers, and you must know and accept the policies of your FFL dealer of choice. Confirm all the details and requirements of the firearms transfer with your FFL dealer. The customer assumes responsibility and cost for returned firearms due to refusal by the FFL dealer or failure to receive.

Cannot ship to CT, MA, NJ and NY. Most JP rifles can be reconfigured as featureless rifles legal in California.
